Today is Daddy's 35th birthday. Mommy had plan to bake my own cake for daddy's birthday quite sometimes. Hehe, yelah nak bagi hadiah hebat2 xmampu ye sebab mommy kan dah jadi housewife. So, the best gift i think i can give is my own made birthday cake. Huhu, deep in my heart i do have special gift to daddy (hehe, secret ye). Now come back to birthday cake, the problem is i do not know what the best cake i should bake since daddy is not a fan of cake i guess. Until i came out with this fantastic idea after i saw Ana Suzana from blog Cahaya Cintaku prepared tiramisu dessert that i think is very simple & easy to make. Hehe, since holiday mood was 'on' last week & due to lack of ingredients, so i think this is the best cake i should try. After all, daddy do love nesscafe so much. Really hope he will like it. So, girls if daddy love this cake, u girls should learn by heart to prepare this as well. Just follow the easy step below, insyaallah done.
Bahan2:
- Kek Sponge (resepi boleh refer sini @ beli je kalau malas nak bt sendiri). (Mommy malas nak buat so beli yg ready made sponge cake marble).
- Cream cheese (mommy guna 2 buku Philadelphia cream cheese).
- Whipping cream (guna dlm 500ml).
- Serbuk koko (terpulang citarasa, if nak tebal dalam 100g kot).
- Serbuk Nescafe classic (dalam 1 sudu besar tapi bergantung citarasa gak, if suka pahit tu u al tambah le banyak).
- Esen Vanila (2 sudu teh).
- Air utk bancuh nescafe.. bancuh tanpa gula ye..
- Satu cwn gula kastor.
Cara2 nak buat :
- Mula2, masukkan cream cheese dan gula kastor dlm bekas mixer .
- Pukul sebati.
- Campurkan 500 ml whipping cream & 2 sudu teh esen vanila.
- Pukul sehingga kembang.
- Potong/slice sponge cake mengikut ketebalan yang dikehendaki (If buat sendiri sponge cake better buat nipis2 dalam 2,3 biji so xyah nak slice lagi)
- Bancuh air(dlm 250ml) dgn 1 sudu besar nescafe.Bancuh tanpa gula(ini gunanya utk melembabkan kek td). (Untuk senang, curahkan sedikit bancuhan nescafe tadi ke dalam piring & tepek kek ke dalam bancuhan. Cepat2 alih depan belakang).
- Kek yg telah dibasahkan dengan nescafe tadi disusun dalam loyang (susun padat2 supaya lapisannya cantik seperi lapisan kek sediada.
- Pastu ceduk adunan cheese yg di putar td ke atas lapisan kek.Terpulang citarasa berapa tebal yg dikehendaki. Ratakan lapisan cheese.
- Dengan menggunakan penapis, ayak/taburkan serbuk koko di atasnya (penapis bertujuan utk elak serbuk koko berketul2).
- Lapiskan pulak atasnya dgn kek yg di lembabkan dgn nescafe.
- Ulang sama langkah 6 -9 sehingga bahan2 habis.
- Last sekali sejukkan dlm peti ais.
- Siap sedia utk di makan sejuk2.. sedappppp...
p/s: Masa post gambar kartun kat atas tu @FB daddy, dia reply ckp nak kek 5 tingkat. Hahaha!!!mommy bagi dia kek 6tingkat lagi ni hah. Lapisan tiramisu mommy buat ni dpt 6 layers of cake/cocoa/cream cheese.....
Post mortem:
Slps dipotong & dirasa kek ni tadi mmg sedap le makan sejuk2, cuma yg mommy buat ni according to 4A a bit bitter (terlebih nescafe kot)......Next time mommy nak kurangkan sukatan nescafe & buat dlm cup mcm Ana buat. Lebih cantik & praktikal kot. Boleh nak buat cake tapi better bake sendiri sponge cake tu (buat nipis je. Tapi buat dalam 2,3 biji, so xyah nak slice2). Bila kita buat guna kek yg beli ni,kena potong bagaikan, so mmg xcantik potongannya sbb kek sponge sangat lembut, that's why better buat kek sponge sendiri ikut ketebalan kita nak @ buat je dlm cup. Mesti lagi kemas & cantik.
