CUSTARD CAKE

Today, experimenting with custard cake...................................hehe, the kids are busy with their backyard science,syoknye sains,sains comot experiments while the mommy busy doing kitchen science experiments.......
at first nak try buat cake flan/custard cake yg bake guna double boil.....tapi byk sgt ingredients & stepsnya...last2 jumpa resepi yg easy peasy ni.kalau xjadi gak mmg fail la kitchen science experiments mommy ni.huhu!!!

xtau le result mcm rupe&rasanya.....still baking tu....pepepun just jot down the recipes while i still memorize the steps


bahan2
  • 2 cawan 'self rising flour'
  • 250g butter (suhu bilik)
  • 2 sudu teh icing vanila
  • 2 cawan gula castor
  • 4 biji telur
  • 3/4 cawan tepung kastard
  • 1 cawan susu


cara
  1. Panaskan oven pada suhu 160'C
  2. Masukkan kesemua bahan2 ke dalam mangkuk besar
  3. Adun rata menggunakan electric mixer
  4. Tuang ke dalam dulang pembakar(23cm)
  5. Bakar selama 1jam (atau sehingga masak)


gini le rupenya hasil eksperimen saya.....walau rupe mcm bumi merekah yg penting sedapppp sgt.lembut&ringan di dalam,manakala luarnya crunchy..
