Today recipe really recommended. Me myself give 5/5 marks. Heheh!!!resepi yg dah lama nak buat tapi boleh terlupa nak buat sampai le last week tgk Sonia buat dgn daun kaduk. Since xdak daun kaduk maka mommy guna daun bayam.
Dulu pernah tgk my friend buat (resepi dr maid dia katanya), tapi lupa nak try. So many thanks to Sonia ignite my memory about this simple recipe. Memang kena buat selalu sebab senang & menyihatkan (cuma kena consider the oily part which i think kalau guna vegetable oil will turns everything perfectly healthy)
Ohw, btw i really surprise with this crispy texture ( i just simply put the leftover on the plate, in the fridge overnight .......the next day, afternoon i just took out & rest for a while & yet the crispness was still there). Infact the pictures here i snap the day after 1 fried them. Amazing!!!!

Resepi asal: Crispy batter for deep frying
(Oleh: Sonia aka Nasi Lemak Lover)
Bahan2:
100g air sejuk (mommy guna air dari peti ais)
50g self-raising flour (mommy guna tepung gorengan Bestari/KFC)
10g tepung beras
Caranya:
1. Campurkan tepung beras & tepung naik sendiri di dalam mangkuk. Gaul rata.
2. Tambahkan air sejuk sedikit demi sedikit sambil mengaul.
3. Rehatkan bancuhan tepung selama 10 minit.
4. Celup daun bayam/kaduk etc ke dalam bancuhan tepung & terus digoreng sehingga garing. Toskan minyak.
5. Sedia dihidang sebagai kudap-kudapan @ hidangan sampingan bersama sos kegemaran.
p/s: Kalau u all xde tepung gorengan KFC tu, boleh je gaul sedikit stok ayam@pasti sedap bersama2 dengan tepung SRF & tepung beras sebelum tambah air sejuk.

ReplyDeleteKak Ros pu tengok sonia buat hari tu...tak terpikir pulak boleh juga guna bayam Nak kena buat ni sebab hubby Kak.Ros banyak tanam pokok bayam tepi rumah.
