Homemade Chicken Nugget & Sweet Corns Fried Rice

Assalamualaikum. 
Another happy cooking with kids. Really worth trying this homemade chicken nugget even u can easily buy them @the store. I can claim it's really healthy & nutritious meal for our kids. I made them for our weekend breakfast & the kids really love its. Had try homemade burger before but honestly this nugget seem more easy to made. 

Time goes by & me grew older (i guest) make nugget not in my favorite list anymore. The taste sometimes, yekkkk!!!! 
BUT this homemade nugget done by myself had change my sense. Hehe!!!people will say "angkat bakul nampak".....it's up to people to judge but the taste really nice. With the crunchinest & black pepper taste make its different with the frozen ones. Oh!!of course more healthy without MSG etc....i just add on chicken stock & a bit of salt. Let us refer to the recipe that i followed from book "Aneka Masakan Barat" 
Bahan2:
500g daging ayam cincang
50g oats
50g serbuk roti
50g tepung jagung
1 kiub pati ayam
1 sudu teh serbuk lada hitam
Sedikit garam
Minyak untuk menggoreng 

Caranya:
1. Satukan isi ayam, tepung jagung, pati ayam, garam & serbuk lada hitam.
2. Gaul biar sebati.
3. Bentukkan adunan seperti nuget/bujur, kemudian golekkan dalam campuran oats+serbuk roti sehingga rata.
4. Goreng nuget dalam minyak panas sehingga kekuningan.
5. Toskan minyak & sedia dihidang bersama sos pilihan.



As partner to our nugget, mommy did fry simple 'nasi goreng' but for sure in 3A's favorite list. Below how to prepare the sweet corn fried rice.
Bahan2:
2 cawan nasi 
2 sudu besar mentega/margerin
1 ulas bawang putih (kisar)
1/2 labu bawang besar holland (hiris nipis)
Sedikit isi ayam/udang (cincang halus)
2 sudu besar sweet corns
1 sudu stok ayam
Sedikit garam
Sedikit air

Caranya:
1. Cairkan mentega & tumis bawang putih hingga garing. Masukkan juga bawang besar & isi ayam.
2. Apabila isi ayam telah masak, masukkan nasi & gaul rata.
3. Tambahkan stok ayam, sweet corns & garam. 
4. Jika nasi terlalu kering, tambahkan sedikit air & gaul sebati semua bahan.
5. Sedia dihidang dengan hiasan bawang goreng etc.

    tengok kek kapal terbang bday Arfa.....cutenya rupa kapal terbang itu....patutlah classmates dan cikgu Arfa puji.berbaloikan Ros buat sendiri bila anak2 suka kek yg kita buat....

    1. Alhamdulilah kak....puas hati bila Arfa suka.....lagi pun bila kita buat sendiri blh involvekan dorg masa buat. itu yg dorg happy. btw overall, masih byk yang mommy kena belajar (belajar sendiri2 ni mmg byk kekurangannya bab kata juri tetap tu)

    1. As salam marya...itule, kros pun byk jmp resepi nugget tapi xde oats & byk plak tu bahan2nya. Buku yg kros follow ni padahal dah berkurun beli tapi xperasan resepinya best2.hehe!!!resepi burger marya pun tak terbuat lagi.....I WILL ONE FINE DAY

    1. Assalam FnF...bila letak oats ni lagi crunchy tau & yg paling penting healthy. Nak paksa bdk2 minum oats hari2 payah kan. so, mmg kros lega bila dorg suka ;)
