Assalamualaikum & good day.
Nothing special, just a basic banana muffin for the 'tea time'. Ptg semalam ustazah dtg ajar mengaji, so in order to 'jamu' ustazah mommy did a quick baking. Hehe, on time je ustazah selesai ajar 3A, oven pun 'tik 3x' berbunyi. Ustazah xnak makan, so tapau kasi dia. So, here it is:

Ingredients (Yield: 1 dozen.)
1-1/2 cups all-purpose flour
1 cup sugar (i think too sweet, next time want to reduce 3/4 cup)
1 teaspoon baking soda
1/2 teaspoon salt
3 medium ripe bananas
1 egg
1/3 cup vegetable oil
1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Directions
1. In a large bowl, combine dry ingredients. In another bowl, mash the bananas.

2. Add egg, oil and vanilla; mix well. Stir into the dry ingredients just until moistened.
3. Fill greased or paper-lined muffin cups half full.
4. Bake at 375° for 18-22 minutes or until a toothpick inserted near the center comes out clean.
5. Cool for 10 minutes; remove from pan to a wire rack to cool completely.

ReplyDeleteelok kejadian muffin tu... muffin cup tu pun cun... pinky gitu... kalau ke kedai bakeri suka btl belek2 muffin cup/paper liner ni.. comel2.. ikut kan hati semua nak grab.. mujur masih teringat poket kurang tebal.. hehe..

nyum!! loveee banana cake, bread, cupcakes, and even cekodok pisang. hihi... tiap2 minggu kalau boleh nk beli pisang. mmg hantu pisang tun nih. tun suka wat mapin sbb malas nk godek2 kek ^^
